Head - tipped down minimal up and down bounce
Chest - curved down slight compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest light sway side to side
Legs - low small steps
Feet - scuff on the ground rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - left arm small sway right arm rest on the forehead swings back and smacks the forehead
Hands - left hand delays and overlaps the swing of the arm right hand rests the forehead then pulls back and smacks it
