Head - light dip inward and down
Chest - bent inward light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest twist to favor the next step
Legs - slow small steps
Feet - low steps rotate back on the passing position minimal toe flop
Arms - Left arm rubbing the back of the head Right arm out in front of the head
Hands - Left hand rubs the back of the neck stretch and squash on the fingers Right hand tapping the forehead and rubbing the temples
