Air Go Stick Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Air Go Stick Walk.
Head - light swirl and rotate
Chest - curved inward compress and release
Hips - light bounce and curl
Legs - low bounce and drag
Feet  - drag and overlap following the movement of the legs
Arms - perched and positioned to hold on to the stick
Hands - light bounce following the arm gripping tightly
