Fervent Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Fervent Walk.
Head - minimal dip and sway side to side
Chest - bent inward light compress and release
Hips - extra side to side sway
Legs - bent low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - perched and bent inward light swing and pull
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
