Head - light minimal bob up and down
Chest - curved inward light compress and release
Hips - extra up and down light dip down in anticipation before going up
Legs - low medium steps then upward
Feet - rotated out rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - bent inward toward chest minimal swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
