The Fist Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is the Fist Walk.
Head - minimal dip up and down
Chest - puffed out light twist and rotate leads the movement
Hips - light side to side sway and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - Left arm held up near the chest and head right hand dragging back with a small swing
Hands - left hand light compress and release right hand overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm
