Heavy Pipe Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Heavy Pipe Walk.
Head - outstretched light dip and bob down
Chest - bent over to accommodate the weight of the pipe, light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest extra side to side lean
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - bent overhead holding the pipe
Hands - light adjustment and compression on the fingers
