Tired Zombie Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Tired Zombie Walk.
Head - light dip inward low compression
Chest - bent inward pulls and leans forward to pull the rest of the body
Hips - offset the pull and rotate of the chest swivel to favor the next step
Legs - Left leg drags back Right leg small low steps lead the action
Feet - Left foot drags Right foot small rotate back on the passing position little toe flop
Arms - out stretched light dip and raise extending into the forearms
Hands - relaxed reaching out light overlap for the movement from the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
