Foot Roll Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Foot Roll Walk.
Head - light dip and bounce
Chest - caved inward light side to side swing and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - bent inward small low steps
Feet- rolled inward weight on the side drag back on the passing position low toe roll
Arms - dangle downward light side to side sway extra shoulder swing
Hands - drag downward overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers
