Formal Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Formal Walk.
Head - light sway and compress
Chest - puffed out, extra side to side twist and compress
Hips - extra side to side twist and rotate
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - raised up near the chest and behind the back light hold swing and switch
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm light clench and release
