Proper Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Proper Walk.
Head - light lean in and back with a little chin drag
Chest - puffed out extra expand and release
Hips - light bounce and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - extra straight legs snappy contact
Feet - drag back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - hang down minimal swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
