Pushing Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Pushing Walk.
Head - tilted to the side pulls in and tilts further
Chest - pushed forward light compress and release
Hips - light up and down rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium steps left foot drags back
Feet - left foot rotated out to the side further, feet drag back on the passing position low toe flop
Arms - Left arm perched to push against the wall Right arm pressed against the wall
Hands - Left hand held against the wall light keep alive Right hand clenched light up and down following the movement of the arm and shoulder
