Neckless Walk- Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Neckless Walk.
Head - rests on the chest, light dip down
Chest - bent inward, small sway and compress side to side
Hips - slight up and down, rotates to offset the chest
Legs - small medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - medium swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
