Invisible Horse Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Invisible Horse Walk.
Head - extra bouncy with overlap on the chin
Chest - light side to side, extra compress and stretch
Hips - bounce and sway side to side
Legs - compress and stretch overlapping the movement from the hips
Feet - drag back and flop up overlapping the movement from the legs and shins
Arms - held upward, light bounce and recoil
Hands - drag and overlap from the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers
