Drag Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Drag Walk.
Head - tilted upward, light side to side sway
Chest - pulled up, light compress and twist side to side
Hips - drag behind, rotate to offset the chest, light compress on the waist and hips
Legs - drag behind with extra stretch
Feet - rotate back with a light toe overlap
Arms - pull the body forward
Hands - drag back on the passing position and flop forward with overlap on the fingers
