Head - dips down and inward
Chest - bent inward, pulls back on the passing position
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - drag down and back with a little swing out on the passing position, toes overlap
Arms - medium high upward movements, swing out and upward on the passing position
Hands - grasp the pole, drag back on the passing position with a bit of overlap and drag on the fingers and thumbs
