Quad Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Quad Walk.
Head - light bounce and tip side to side
Chest - bent inward, light bounce with a bit of side to side compress and twist
Hips - extra bounce and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - lift up on the passing position, land with a bit of toe overlap
Arms - prop the chest up, low medium movements
Hands - press against the ground, drag back on the passing position, land with a little flop on the fingers
