Head - light side to side sway and tip, with a tiny bit of overlap on the chin
Chest - puffed out and leaned over, light side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - pulled back, low small steps
Feet - extra ball roll, drag back on the passing position with a little bit of overlap on the toe
Arms - press up, low medium forward movements
Hands - knuckles down, pressed against the ground, drag back on the passing position with a little overlap in the fingers
