Krag Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Krag Walk.
Head - light tilt and sway side to side, with a little overlap and drag in the jaw
Chest - twists to offset the hips and the head
Hips - light sway and tilt side to side, rotate to favor the next step
Legs - low, medium-heavy steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a medium heavy flop and overlap on the toes
Arms - light bounce and sway side to side
Hands - hang down overlap and drag from the sway of the arms
