Head - tilted down and focused forward, with a light bounce
Chest - bent over, light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - Right leg leads, Left leg drags
Feet - Right foot drags back and lands heavily, with a little overlap in the toe, Left foot drags back and scoots forward with a little slide flop
Arms - left arm hangs down with a little swing, right arm bent upward with a little swing and keep alive
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
