Head - bent down and tilted up and forward, light side to side shift
Chest - bent over twists to allow for each next forward arm movement
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low medium movements
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe overlap
Arms - medium low forward movements
Hands - press against the ground, drag back on the passing position land with a little compression in the fingers
