Head - light tip and tilt side to side
Chest -puffed out, twists to allow for the next movement of the arms
Hips - drag and swing from the movement of the chest
Legs - swing and sway from the movement of the hips
Feet - overlap and drag from the swing of the legs extending into the toes
Arms - hold up the body and propel the movement forward
Hands - grip the lines, dip down and drag before clamping back down
