Crash Test Dummy Walk - Animation Time!

Today's Walk is a Crash Test Dummy Walk.
Head - floppy and waggles side to side
Chest - bent over, light side to side sway and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light up and down
Legs - medium floppy steps
Feet - rotated outward, drag back and flop down with overlap on the toe
Arms - medium loose swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
