Toothpaste Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Toothpaste Walk.
Head - lifts up and flops down
Chest - squashes up and inward then stretches out
Tail - pushes inward and forward then stretches back with extra overlap and drag on the tip

Today's Inspiration:
