Sea Creature Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Sea Creature Walk.
Head - Focused forward light dip on the passing position
Chest - puffed out and curved forward rotates to offset the hips
Hips - bent out and back extra side to side rotate
Legs - medium bent steps
Feet - slip and rotate back then land into place extra ball roll
Arms - perched with a light swing subtle forearm sway
Hands - exaggerate the swing of the arm extend the overlap into the fingers

Tough Guy Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Tough Guy Walk.
Head - light dip inward on the passing position
Chest - puffed out twist side to side to offset the hips
Hips - extra side to side movement and rotate light up and down
Legs - spread apart a bit more low quick steps
Feet - rotate back then forward then flop down
Arms - slight swing forearm minimal bend
Hands - fists follow the movement of the arms light drag
Head - light dip inward on the passing position
Chest - puffed out twist side to side to offset the hips
Hips - extra side to side movement and rotate light up and down
Legs - spread apart a bit more low quick steps
Feet - rotate back then forward then flop down
Arms - slight swing forearm minimal bend
Hands - fists follow the movement of the arms light drag

Lazy Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Lazy Walk.
Head - light sway
Chest - slight twist to offset the rotate of the hips
Hips - bent over with a little bit of rotate to favor the next step
Legs - bent medium delayed steps
Feet - slip and rotate back then drag to a flop
Arms - minimal swing dragged downward
Hands - subtle drag back and forth to compliment the movement of the arm extended into the fingers
Head - light sway
