Burglar Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Burglar Walk.
Head - light pull inward on the passing position
Chest - puffs out on the passing position
Hips - light up and down and rotate to offset the hips
Legs - slow high leg steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position hold on the ground a bit longer
Arms - light swing back and forth within the main pose
Hands - follow the swing of the arm overlap extended into the fingers left hand greedily anticipating the burgle

Toe Touch Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Toe Touch Walk.
Head - dip down and inward on 12s then back up
Chest - bent downward pushes even further down on 12s
Hips - light up and down rotates to offset the hips
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back with a light toe flop
Arms - light swing hanging downward extending from the shoulder
Hands - light stretch and rotate on the far down position

Big Exhale Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Big Exhale Walk.
Head - pulls back then flops forward
Chest - puffed out, puffs out and pulls back further then flops forward
Hips - light up and down with an overall downward slope
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a light toe flop
Arms - minimal swing close to the chest
Hands - delayed from the swing of the arms extended into the fingers and thumbs

Straight Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Straight Walk.
Head - forward light tip up and settle
Chest - puffed out and straight up with a light compression on the passing position
Hips - light up and down and side to side
Legs - medium low to the ground steps focus on the straight leg
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - minimal swing
Hands - light delay and overlap following the swing of the arms
