Walking on Air Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Walking on Air Walk.
Head - focused forward with a light dip forward and down
Chest - bent inward twists side to side to keep balance and favor the next step
Hips - light up and down rotates to offset the chest and keep balance
Legs - medium slow steps
Feet - light rotate inward feet rotate back on the passing position light toe flop and drag
Arms - up light sway side to side on the passing positions
Hands - follow and drag from the swing of the arms extending into the fingers

Dragging Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Dragging Walk.
Head - dipped down with a lower dip on the passing position
Chest - pulled inward drags down as the hips raise up
Hips - rotate to offset the chest twist to favor the next step
Legs - left leg drags while the right leg leads the action
Feed - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop on the contact
Arms - drag down light swing
Hands - follow the swing of the arms overlap extended into the fingers

Puffed Out Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Puffed Out Walk.
Head - light tip up and out
Chest - puffed out puffs out further on the passing position
Hips - rotated to offset the chest and twists to favor the next step
Legs - small straight legged steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - puffed out at the forearm with a light swing
Hands - clenched fists follow the swing of the arms

Belly Pain Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Belly Pain Walk
Head - focused forward  with a light tilt inward and down
Chest - puffed out belly light compress on the passing position
Hips - follow the sway of the belly twist to accentuate the next step
Legs - slower low steps knees slightly bent inward
Feet - rotate favored inward rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms -bent inward to support the belly
Hands - cradling the belly light movement up and down and finger clasp
