Flipper Hands Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Flipper Hands Walk.
Head - extra bob with a small chin drag
Chest - bent inward and over, light compress and sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with a slight bounce
Legs - low, medium steps
Feet - rotated inward, extra ball roll, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - light swing out and inward
Hands - slap against each other, overlap from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers

Finger Bloom Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Finger Bloom Walk.
Head - jutted forward, light lean and compress
Chest - bent over, light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light side to side sway
Legs - medium, wide gait steps
Feet - rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - pulled behind the back, light raise and lower
Hands - close lightly, then bloom and spread outward

Butt Scoot Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Butt Scoot Walk.
Head - light dip down and pull up
Chest - bent inward, light pull in and stretch out
Hips - delayed with a slight recoil
Legs - medium scoot and drag steps
Feet - lean forward after the legs, then pull back, light overlap on the toe
Arms - rest in front of the chest and hips, light raise and pull forward
Hands - rest on the ground, drag back on the passing position with overlap and keep alive on the fingers

Swoosh Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Swoosh Walk.
Head - light tip and sway side to side
Chest - puffed out, extra side to side sway and compress
Hips - delayed side to side sway and twist
Legs - low, medium steps
Feet - rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - held up near the chest with a little side to side swing and sway
Hands - dangle downward, overlap and drag from the sway of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs,
