Begging Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Begging Walk.
Head - light dip down and inward
Chest - bent over, light compress and release
Hips - offset and delay from the movement of the chest
Legs - low medium, bent steps
Feet - Drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - held out in front of the head, minimal swing
Hands - clasped together, light shaking and overlapping from the movement of the arms and forearms
Head - light dip down and inward

Today's Walk is an Invisible Horse Walk.
Head - extra bouncy with overlap on the chin
Chest - light side to side, extra compress and stretch
Hips - bounce and sway side to side
Legs - compress and stretch overlapping the movement from the hips
Feet - drag back and flop up overlapping the movement from the legs and shins
Arms - held upward, light bounce and recoil
Hands - drag and overlap from the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers
Head - extra bouncy with overlap on the chin
Chest - light side to side, extra compress and stretch
Hips - bounce and sway side to side
Legs - compress and stretch overlapping the movement from the hips
Feet - drag back and flop up overlapping the movement from the legs and shins

Today's Walk is a Grumble Walk.

Chest - slight compress and side to side twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low, medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - hang down with a light swing
Hands - dangle down and overlap from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
Head - light dip and sway
Chest - slight compress and side to side twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low, medium steps
