Swish Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Swish Walk.
Head - light side to side tilt with a bit of up and down bounce
Chest - puffed out with side to side twist and squish
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with a bit of squash and stretch
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - extra ball and heel roll, drag back on the passing position with foot and toe flop
Arms - medium wide swing
Hands - loose clench, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms

Husky Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Husky Walk.
Head - light side to side sway with a little bit of up and down
Chest - extra twist and swing, with a dash of squash and stretch
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light delay and drag
Legs - low small steps with a medium wide gait
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - bent upward with a medium swing
Hands - loose grip, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the the fingers
Head - light side to side sway with a little bit of up and down
Chest - extra twist and swing, with a dash of squash and stretch
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light delay and drag

Lanky Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Lanky Walk.
Head - low bounce with overlap on the chin
Chest - puffed out, extra side to side twist and swing
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - short, medium steps
Feet - favor the up position, drag back and flop down with overlap on the toe
Arms - extra swing following the movement of the shoulders
Hands - loose curl, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers
Head - low bounce with overlap on the chin
Chest - puffed out, extra side to side twist and swing
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - short, medium steps
