Raising Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Raising Walk.
Head - tilted up, leans back and tilts up further
Chest - puffed out, light side to side compress and twist, pulls back further,
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, and favor the next step
Legs - low small steps
Feet - light rotate outward, drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - stretched up, stretch out and up further
Hands - raised, lift higher overlapping from the movement of the arms and forearms

Loafy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Loafy Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light side to side swing and sway
Chest - bent over, compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra side to side sway
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - extra large, drag back on the passing position, land with a heavy toe flop
Arms - dangle down, medium swing
Hands - extra large, hang down, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms

Backbend Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Backbend Walk - Walk a Day.
Head - leaned back, light drag and bounce
Chest - puffed out, light side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, slight overlap following the sway of the chest
Legs - lead the movement, low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe overlap
Arms - prop up the chest, low medium movement
Hands - hold the arms up, low medium movements, drag back on the passing position with a little overlap on the fingers and thumbs,
