Bad Back Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bad Back Walk.
Head - arched forward light dip out on the passing position
Chest - favoring the left side light cave inward with a light twist and sway on the passing position
Hips - favor the left side light swing side to side
Legs - low medium steps wider gait
Feet - light rotate back with a minimal toe flop
Arms - outward from the body with a slight favor downward minimal swing
Hands - light swing following the movement of the arms clench on the fingers

Failure Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Failure Walk.
Head - down and inward light bounce on the passing position
Chest - light cave inward soft compress bounce on the passing position
Hips - slow sway side to side rotate to favor the next step
Legs - slow low to the ground steps
Feet - low to the ground light rotate back with a minimal toe flop
Arms - hand down at the sides light swing
Hands - overlap the swing of the arm with a little drag extended to the fingers

Stay Balanced Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stay Balanced Walk.
Head - leaned back neck with a light tilt forward on the head.
Chest - pulled back light twists on the passing position
Hips - pushed forward further than the chest to offset the balance
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - wider gait feet rotated out slightly rotate back on the passing position with a light toe flop on the contact
Arms - out stretched with a minimal bounce up and down on the passing position
Hands - light bounce overlapping the movement of the arms extending out into the fingers
