Big Anchor Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Big Anchor Walk.
Head - small lean out and dips down
Chest - caved inward leans further in and pulls backward
Hips - follow the lean of the chest and rotate to offset it
Legs - follow the hips small low steps
Feet - rotated inward drag down on the passing position small toe flop
Arms - pull back on the anchor hesitate then pull again
Hands - firmly grip the anchor light compress and release on the fingers

Double Dukes Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Double Dukes Walk.
Head - light dip and sway
Chest - bent inward light compress and side to side squash
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step extra side to side sway
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - medium gait drag back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - raised, perched and cocked in front of the chest
Hands - clenched fists overlap and drag from the light swing of the arm and forearm
Head - light dip and sway
Chest - bent inward light compress and side to side squash
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step extra side to side sway

Fake Bike Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Fake Bike Walk.
Head - light bounce on the neck with a slight head dip
Chest - bent over and leaned forward light compress and bounce
Hips - rotate to offset the chest small bounce and twist
Legs - offsetting circular pedal like movement
Feet - drag down and flip up with a light toe overlap and flop
Arms - bent out and forward minimal compress and bounce
Hands - lightly clenching slight overlap and drag from the movement of the arm and forearm small compression on the fingers
