Prowl Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Prowl Walk.
Head - leaned forward and out, light side to side sway
Chest - bent out and down, light compress and release and side to side sway
Hips - Held up, rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs -  low, medium steps
Feet - extra ball roll, drag back on the passing position with a bit of toe flop
Arms - prop up the weight of the chest, low medium movements
Hands - press against the ground, drag back on the passing position and land with a little overlap on the fingers

Point Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Point Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light dip in and bounce
Chest - bent forward, light compress and release
Hips - rotated away from camera, twist to offset the movement of the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low, medium-long steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - stretched out, forward and back, with a little light sway and lift
Hands - Left hand hangs back, light overlap from the sway of the arm and forearm, Right hand points forward pulls back and points again overlapping from the movement of the arm and forearm

Timid Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Timid Walk.
Head - tilted down and forward, leans further out and down
Chest - bent inward and pulled back, follows the movement of the hips
Hips - rotate to favor the next step and lead the movement of the chest
Legs - low medium steps, lead the action
Feet - rotated inward, drag back on the passing position with a little overlap on the toe
Arms - perched inward with a little sway, extra raise on the right arm
Hands - guard the face, light overlap from the movement of the arms and forearms

Mummy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Mummy Walk.
Head - leaned forward and out, light dip down and up
Chest - puffed out and rotated forward, light side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to favor the next step and offset the weight of the upper body
Legs - medium-high long steps
Feet - drag back and out on the passing position with extra toe flop
Arms - reach out in front of the body with a little sway
Hands - reach out, light sway and keep alive on the fingers
