Tight Squeeze Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Tight Squeeze Walk.
Head - light drag down and back
Chest - extra side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - prop the body up, low small movements forward
Hands - press against the walls, drag back on the passing position and land with a little overlap on the fingers

Pump It Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Pump It Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light side to side twist and sway
Chest - bent inward, extra compress and release with light side to side twist,
Hips - extra bouncy, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - extra wide swing
Hands - loose clench, lead the swing of the arm

Shimmy Up Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Shimmy Up Walk.
Head - light side to side sway and overlap on the chin
Chest - extra side to side compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low medium, upward movements
Feet - swing inward and down on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - prop up the body and allow for the movement,
Hands - press against the walls, sway inward and flop down
