Shimmy Up Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Shimmy Up Walk.
Head - light side to side sway and overlap on the chin
Chest - extra side to side compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low medium, upward movements
Feet - swing inward and down on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - prop up the body and allow for the movement,
Hands - press against the walls, sway inward and flop down
