Sumo Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Sumo Walk.
Head - looks left then right and down
Chest - slight in and out to allow for breathing
Hips - rotate up and back on the big step slight rotate on the second and then settles
Legs - right leg pulls up high for a bit stretch step left leg settle steps to keep balance
Feet - little bit of back rotate and floppy toes
Arms - focused on staying on the thighs with some overlap and then settle into position
Hands - follow through from the arms lift off the thighs then settle back then get into form
