Don't Look Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Don't Look Walk.
Head - light dip downward
Chest - bent inward, extra compress and release
Hips - low down, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a low toe flop
Arms - propped up and held to cover the face, light keep alive
Hands - block the face, minimal sway and keep alive
