Tree Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Tree Walk.
Head - minimal bounce and dip
Chest - bent over light compress and release
Hips - little bounce, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - medium wide steps
Feet - lightly rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - propped up, minimal swing,
Hands - clench the trunk of the tree, grips a bit tighter
