Arm Stretch Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Arm Stretch Walk.
Head - light swing forward and pull back
Chest - puffs out and pulls inward
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light up and down
Legs - low, medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - swing back and forward
Hands - light clench, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms
