Head - light tilt back and bounce, extra delay and stretch on the jaw
Chest - puffed out, light up and down and side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with a little extra side to side sway
Legs - medium wide gait steps
Feet - rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - held up near the chest, minimal swing and keep alive,
Hands - hold on to the cup, move to offset the swing of the arms and body and to allow the mouth to reach the straw
