Butts Up Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Butts Up Walk.
Head - light up and down and side to side
Chest - puffed out and bent over extra side to side and twist
Hips - bent down with the butt rotated up twists and sways to offset the chest and keep balance
Legs - low semi-wide steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position little toe flop
Arms - bent in and up near the chest light compress and release on the swing
Hands - fists overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm
Head - light up and down and side to side

Head Shake Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Head Shake Walk.
Head - light up and down drag and shake
Chest - small cave inward extra side to side and twist
Hips - extra side to side sway
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position toe drag and flop
Arms - low medium swing overlap and dragging forearm
Hands - overlap and drag following the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
Head - light up and down drag and shake
Chest - small cave inward extra side to side and twist
Hips - extra side to side sway
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position toe drag and flop
Arms - low medium swing overlap and dragging forearm
Hands - overlap and drag following the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs

Today's Walk is a Back Up Walk.
Head - light tip inward and out
Chest - small puff out twists and sways to allow for the swing of the arms
Hips - rotate to offset the chest light sway side to side
Legs - high medium steps
Feet - drag down and flip back extra toe flop
Arms - extra flick swing overlapping forearms
Hands - fists overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm
Head - light tip inward and out

Hips - rotate to offset the chest light sway side to side
