Timid Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Timid Walk.
Head - tilted down and forward, leans further out and down
Chest - bent inward and pulled back, follows the movement of the hips
Hips - rotate to favor the next step and lead the movement of the chest
Legs - low medium steps, lead the action
Feet - rotated inward, drag back on the passing position with a little overlap on the toe
Arms - perched inward with a little sway, extra raise on the right arm
Hands - guard the face, light overlap from the movement of the arms and forearms

Mummy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Mummy Walk.
Head - leaned forward and out, light dip down and up
Chest - puffed out and rotated forward, light side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to favor the next step and offset the weight of the upper body
Legs - medium-high long steps
Feet - drag back and out on the passing position with extra toe flop
Arms - reach out in front of the body with a little sway
Hands - reach out, light sway and keep alive on the fingers



Binoculars Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Binoculars Walk.
Head - leaned forward and out, with a light raise and lower
Chest - leaned forward, slight rotate side to side and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and lean into the next step
Legs - low medium-long steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - bent upwards in front of the the body, light sway and keep alive
Hands - hold the binoculars out in front, light tip up and down and offset from the sway of the arms

Telephone Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Telephone Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light bounce, jabber-flop on the jaw
Chest - bent over, light compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra side to side sway
Legs - low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - Left arm held up with a little keep alive, Right arm hangs down with a bit of swing
Hands - Left hand holds the phone with a light keep alive, Right hand hangs down, overlaps the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumb
