Glide Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Glide Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light side to side twist and sway
Chest - stretched out and up, light side to side sway and twist
Hips - overlap and drag from the sway of the chest, extending into the legs
Legs - drag and sway from the movement of the hips, light dip and bounce
Feet - overlap from the movement of the legs extending into the toes
Arms - outstretched, light sway and tip side to side
Hands - reach out, overlap the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs

Hips - overlap and drag from the sway of the chest, extending into the legs
Legs - drag and sway from the movement of the hips, light dip and bounce
Feet - overlap from the movement of the legs extending into the toes

Compressed Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Compressed Walk.
Head - hung down, light bounce and tip out
Chest - compressed and bent over, light squash and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - hang down with a medium swing
Hands - swing overlapping the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
Head - hung down, light bounce and tip out
Chest - compressed and bent over, light squash and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop

Today's Walk is an Upward Scale Walk.
Head - hung down, light dip and drag
Chest - leaned over, drags down, light side to side squash and twist
Hips - lift up, rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - drag down on the passing position, land with a little overlap on the toes
Arms - prop the body up, low medium upward movements
Hands - press flat against the wall, drag down on the passing position land with a little overlap on the fingers
Head - hung down, light dip and drag
Chest - leaned over, drags down, light side to side squash and twist
Hips - lift up, rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - drag down on the passing position, land with a little overlap on the toes
