Pressed Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Pressed Walk.
Head - light dip down and out on the passing position
Chest - puffed out, light compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, slow crouch down
Legs - low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - perched upward, low small forward movements
Hands - pressed against the ceiling, drag back on the passing position land with a little overlap and drag on the fingers and thumbs
Head - light dip down and out on the passing position

Loosey Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Loosey Walk.
Head - bounces down and flops back
Chest - extra squash and stretch with a little twist side to side
Hips - light up and down, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - extra ball roll, drag back on the passing position, land with a little overlap on the toes
Arms - loose wide swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
Head - bounces down and flops back
Chest - extra squash and stretch with a little twist side to side
Hips - light up and down, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - medium high steps

Today's Walk is a Pull Walk.
Head - light dip down, overlaps the movement of the chest
Chest - bent inward, light compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra compress and bounce
Legs - low, small, backward steps
Feet - excess heel roll, drag back on the passing position with a little toe overlap
Arms - dragged back, with a little keep alive
Hands - clench the wire, light keep alive and settle in the wrists and fingers
Head - light dip down, overlaps the movement of the chest
Chest - bent inward, light compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra compress and bounce
Legs - low, small, backward steps
