Hot Hot Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hot Hot Walk.
Head - pulls inward and down at the peak of the passing position
Chest - collapses inward on itself at the center of the passing position
Hips - raise up and hold on the passing position
Legs - High slow steps
Feet - rotate back then swing forward and flop down extended into the toe
Arms - rigid slight rotate in the forearm on the passing position hold a bit on the extension of the swing
Hands - follow the swing of the arms with a light shake

You and You Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a You and You Walk.
Head - light tip forward as the finger reaches its most out position
Chest - give on the passing position slight sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the prominent step
Legs - medium steps
Feet - rotate back and flop forward
Arms - Left arm points from the elbow then swings down Right arm swings up point from the shoulder then settles
Hands - Left hand points then transitions into a light grip Right and flicks out the index finger and settles

Contemplative Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Contemplative Walk.
Head - slow small raise and lower on 24s
Chest - curved with light give inward on the passing position
Hips - Offset the rotate of the chest extra side to side sway
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotate and pull back then hit a little harder on the step down
Arms - Left arm perched to allow for the hand to touch the face Right arm holding the Left arm in place
Hands - Left hand index finger tapping the chin rotates toward and away from the face with extra overlap in the finger Right hand gripping the left elbow grips slightly tightens

Elderly Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Elderly Walk.
Head - Tips out on 24s
Chest - curls in on the passing position
Hips - light rotate and raise on the passing position
Legs - slow low to the ground steps
Feet - barely raise from the ground rotate ball roll up before lifting off the ground rotate back land with a subtle toe flip
Arms - slow swing minimal rotate on the forearm
Hands - overlap the movement of the arm extend the swing into the fingers and thumbs
