Head - tilted to the side pulls in and tilts further
Chest - pushed forward light compress and release
Hips - light up and down rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium steps left foot drags back
Feet - left foot rotated out to the side further, feet drag back on the passing position low toe flop
Arms - Left arm perched to push against the wall Right arm pressed against the wall
Hands - Left hand held against the wall light keep alive Right hand clenched light up and down following the movement of the arm and shoulder

Outstretched Sway Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Outstretched Sway Walk.
Head - delayed sway overlapping the swing of the hips
Chest - extra side to side sway, twist, and squish
Hips - rotate to offset the chest extra swing
Legs - close small steps
Feet - rotated outward light drag back on the passing position little toe flop
Arms - outstretched light overlap from the movement of the shoulders and chest
Hands - outstretched extending into the fingers light drag from the sway of the arm and forearm

Text Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Text Walk.
Head - focused on the phone leans inward and down closer to it
Chest - bent inward light compress side to side and scrunch inward
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light side to side sway
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position low toe flop
Arms - resting out in front of the body minimal keep alive
Hands - clasp the phone, light keep alive, extra swing and tap on the thumbs

Neck Support Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Neck Support Walk.
Head - light side to side twist and sway
Chest - bent inward light compress and squash
Hips - small side to side sway rotate and twist to offset the chest
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position little toe flop
Arms - up resting on the neck light raise and release
Hands - clasped together over the neck light overlap from the movement of the arm and forearm
