Stomp Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Stomp Walk
Head - delayed neck to loosen up the head
Chest - slight lean back on the contact position
Hips - down low on the passing position offsets the chest
Legs - raise highest before the contact position to add weight to the steps
Feet - don't lift up right away and slam down hard to add weight to the stomp rotate back and forward along with the toes to add floppiness and
Arms - pretty rigid swing forward and back to keep focus on the feet
Hands - overlap the movement of the arms

When You're a Jet Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a When You're a Jet Walk.
Head - gives on the passing position and pulls down on the contact
Chest - squashes to the sides and pulls back on the passing position
Hips - rotate to complement the foot that leads the movement
Legs - bent with a higher up lift before the contact position
Feet - Drag back to rotate and fall forward toes exaggerated
Arms - Swing back and break then compress forward
Hands - overlap the action of the arms and fingers snap

Preacher Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Preacher Walk.
Head - bows down and looks forward
Chest - pulls inward releases a bit on the passing position then pulls in again
Hips - offsets the chest side to side rotate bumped up
Legs - bent with a bit of a hard step
Feet - Rotate back then forward on each step, little bit of floppy toes and a higher step to add weight
Arms - Left are wiggling the finger lots of broken joints Right arm giving a blessing overlap and drag to add flexibility
