Primitive Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Primitive Walk.
Head - light tip forward and out
Chest - bent over extra squash and twist
Hips - overlap the squash and sway of the chest
Legs - light drag and compress from the movement of the hips
Feet - drag and lift overlapping the movement of the legs and shins
Arms - prop the chest upward and allow for the movement of the body
Hands - clenched drag back from the movement of the arms and forearms, light finger delay on the passing position

Head - bent down, light tip up and inward
Chest - bent inward, light sway and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra side to side sway and lean
Legs - medium, low steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position, with a little toe flop
Arms - held out with a light sway
Hands - light overlap and delay from the sway of the arms and forearms
Head - bent down, light tip up and inward
Chest - bent inward, light sway and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra side to side sway and lean
Legs - medium, low steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position, with a little toe flop

Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light up and down
Legs - low, medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - swing back and forward
Hands - light clench, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms

Chest - pumps the movement, extra chest puff and compress
Hips - overlap and drag from the movement of the chest
Legs - flop up and down, delayed from the movement of the hips
Feet - overlap and drag from the swing of the legs and shins, extending into the toes
Arms - flap up and down
Hands - overlap from the flap of the arms and forearms, extending into the fingers
Head - light dip and lean
Chest - pumps the movement, extra chest puff and compress
Hips - overlap and drag from the movement of the chest
