Lithe Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Lithe Walk.
Head - light side to side tip and sway
Chest - extra side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light delay and overlap from the sway of the chest
Legs - low small steps, with a little swing out on the passing position
Feet - rotated outward, light drag back on the passing position, toe overlaps
Arms - held outward, light bounce on each step
Hands - held outward, overlap and drag from the bounce of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs

Timber Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Timber Walk.
Head - leaned forward with a light bounce
Chest - bent over, light compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra twist to favor the next step
Legs - low, medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe overlap
Arms - Left arm hangs down with a light swing, Right arm perched up and cradles the plank
Hands - Left hand hangs down, overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm, Right hand settles the plank, light keep alive and overlap from the movement of the arm and forearm




Frustrated Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Frustrated Walk.
Head -  leaned over and down, light side to side shake, with overlap on the chin
Chest - bent over, light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, slight bounce and side to side sway
Legs - low small steps
Feet - lightly-wide gait, drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe overlap
Arms - bent down and forward, light keep alive
Hands - cup the head, light keep alive and overlap

Squishy Bounce Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Squishy Bounce Walk.
Head - leaned forward, pulls back and in, then releases
Chest - bent over and puffed out, pulls back further, then straightens
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra delay and overlap, twist to favor the swing of the legs
Legs - drag back and swing forward
Feet - rotate back on the passing position land with a little toe flop
Arms - prop the body upward, and lead the movement forward
Hands - flat on the ground, drag upward and curl in, then overlap and flop down
